kx8bet operates an online sports betting and casino gaming platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your use of the kx8bet platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gaming rules, responsible gaming, and account closure. These terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Section 1

1. Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with kx8bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kx8bet is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, log in, deposit, or place any bet under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kx8bet is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of kx8bet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from kx8bet or any other gambling platform in a way that extends to kx8bet by agreement or policy.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and update such information promptly if it changes.

Section 2

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on kx8bet. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

kx8bet reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by kx8bet support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, permanent account closure.

Section 3

3. Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kx8bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, including family members. kx8bet will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must choose a strong password of at least eight characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You must notify kx8bet support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• kx8bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any activity carried out using your kx8bet credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity unless you have previously notified kx8bet of a security breach in writing.

Section 4

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

kx8bet accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made via any other method will not be credited and may be returned at the Player's expense.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your kx8bet account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider.
• kx8bet does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges in accordance with their own terms.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from another person into your kx8bet account, is strictly prohibited.
• kx8bet reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit payment method belongs to the account holder prior to processing any withdrawal to that same method.
• Deposits made to kx8bet are for the sole purpose of funding legitimate real-money gaming activity on the platform. Any attempt to use the kx8bet deposit and withdrawal system as a money transfer or money laundering mechanism will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Section 5

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the kx8bet account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification status.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for Rocket and Upay may be up to 24 hours.
• kx8bet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, where a withdrawal request triggers an internal fraud check, or where the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met its associated wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the real-money balance to which it is attached, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.
• kx8bet may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day. Current limits are communicated in the account dashboard and are subject to change with notice.
• Winnings derived from free spins, free bets, or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion under which they were awarded. Failure to meet wagering requirements prior to withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of the bonus-derived winnings.

Section 6

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kx8bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all kx8bet promotions unless explicitly superseded by the terms of a specific offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or shared devices constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be met in full before any winnings attributable to the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when wagering on the platform.
• kx8bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and bet types specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games may not contribute to wagering requirements.
• kx8bet reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and cancel the associated bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.

Section 7

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the kx8bet platform, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other competitions), football, kabaddi, hockey, and any other sports markets offered:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time of bet placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled except where kx8bet exercises its right to void bets under these rules.
• kx8bet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, manifest error, or corrupted data feed. In such cases, the stake is returned to the Player's account balance.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Any bet placed during a connectivity interruption or at a significantly mispriced odds value may be voided at kx8bet's discretion.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and rescheduling rules follow the standard terms published for each sport. Where a match is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• kx8bet does not accept bets on events in which a kx8bet employee, contractor, or associated party has a direct conflict of interest.
• Maximum bet limits per selection and per event are set by kx8bet and may be adjusted at any time. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process.
• Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant sporting governing body.

Section 8

8. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on kx8bet — including live dealer games, slot games, crash games, and table games — are supplied by certified third-party game studios. The rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each individual game are governed by the rules of the game studio that supplied that game.

• kx8bet is not responsible for technical malfunctions, server interruptions, or connectivity issues originating from the game studio's platform. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at kx8bet's discretion.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. kx8bet recommends reviewing the game's information panel, which is accessible within each game interface.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and subject to change. Jackpot payouts are determined entirely by the game software and are not influenced by kx8bet.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical game equipment operated by the game studio's croupiers in a certified studio environment. kx8bet has no influence over live game outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in casino games for financial gain will result in the forfeiture of all winnings derived from such exploitation and permanent account closure.

Section 9

9. Responsible Gaming

kx8bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all account holders free of charge via the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that kx8bet take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

Section 10

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kx8bet platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one kx8bet account or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities in any kx8bet game or system feature
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or syndicate betting designed to manipulate game or event outcomes
• Using the kx8bet deposit and withdrawal system for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage
• Accessing kx8bet using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated group wagering to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kx8bet support staff or other players in any shared gaming environment

Section 11

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the kx8bet platform — including but not limited to the kx8bet brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, software, and data — is the proprietary property of kx8bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kx8bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any kx8bet content without prior written authorisation from kx8bet.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kx8bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kx8bet account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kx8bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if kx8bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 13

13. Amendments to These Terms

kx8bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kx8bet will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account, no less than seven calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the kx8bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the kx8bet platform and may request account closure via the support channel.

Section 14

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the kx8bet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, kx8bet encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
